A big part of our team's success is the result of community involvement which includes the support of family, friends and the general community. On July 22nd from 10am-1pm will be CDM's annual Lift-A-Thon. This event is held at the CDM Field House located between the track and the tennis courts. The Lift-A-Thon involves each player completing a variety of lifts to display the progress they have made in the weight room. There will also be a skills competition and the cheerleading squad will also be performing. Topping off this great event will be a barbeque lunch. This is a great opportunity to see the team up close and meet the coaches.
